Delivered with authenticity and relevance, this presentation provides audiences with the confidence and tools to ask life saving questions and navigate difficult conversations around mental health. Participants will learn how to speak with intention, listen without judgment, respond without criticism, and create a positive, lasting impact through genuine human to human communication.

Speaker Bio

Sondra Lavoie is an accomplished Risk Control Specialist recognized for her leadership in safety management and risk assessment. She holds multiple industry credentials, including ARM, CSP, ASP, and CHST, and is a two-time recipient of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals Award of Excellence. Sondra is a passionate advocate for suicide prevention and advancing courageous conversations within the safety profession. Actively engaged with ASSP and BCSP, she has spent her career developing construction safety programs, leading risk assessments, and delivering impactful training nationwide.
