SunPlus Data Group Corporate Spotlight: From Real Estate to Reservations: Modernizing Facilities

Tuesday, December 15, 2026 (1:00 PM - 1:30 PM) (CST)

Description

Public agencies often manage real estate and leasing, facility reservations, approvals, resources, and utilization across disconnected systems. This session will examine how digital workflow orchestration can create more consistent and transparent processes across the facility lifecycle, from lease coordination through day-to-day space and resource use. Using SPC REALM and ReserveAny as practical examples, SunPlus will show approaches for centralizing workflows, applying approval rules, reducing administrative handoffs, preventing scheduling conflicts, and turning operational data into useful management insight.

Learning Objectives

Identify inefficiencies created by fragmented real estate, leasing, reservation, and resource-management processes.

Evaluate how centralized digital workflows can standardize approvals, improve visibility, and reduce administrative handoffs.

Apply leasing, reservation, and utilization data to support better facility decisions, reporting, and service delivery.
